**Shipping and Handling**

All of our products will be shipped via USPS First Class mail within 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed. If you choose Priority shipping, it includes insurance provided by USPS for up to $50.00. In case you encounter any issues with USPS, we offer free shipping on select products.

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, so please allow up to two weeks for the product to arrive. If you do not receive the package within the specified timeframe, please get in touch with us by message or visit your nearest Post Office. We are not liable for any damage to the product that occurs while in USPS's possession. We understand that this can be frustrating.

**Returns and Refunds**

Returns will be accepted only if the wrong product was sent. If you wish to request a refund because you are not satisfied, I will issue a refund, but the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping. A 10% restocking fee will also apply. If the item is damaged during transit, please notify your local post office. If the package was sent via Priority, it is automatically covered for up to $50.00 with USPS insurance.
