RETURN POLICY

All returns must notify within 24 hours, any damage to the shipping box, or any damage to product, please attached photos with return request in order for you not to be charge for return shipping charges.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, unless was damage within transit. all clothing and shoes must have original tags. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We encourage you to use a shipping tracking to track your return. We will not be responsible for loss return to us.

REFUNDS POLICY

After we received your return, refund will be process 48 hours after we received the item PLEASE NOTE shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the product was damage by Carrier during transit. we will notify you by email to let you you know refund was process. Please be advised after we made the refund. possible will take a little longer for the credit to appear on your bank account.
